I am Dr. Kenya Nyota Lee.
Writer. Storyteller. Creative catalyst. Transformation guide.
For more than two decades I have worked at the intersections of leadership, creativity and community. I understand what it means to hold many roles at once, to lead with purpose, and still feel the quiet pull toward a life that is deeper, freer and more aligned with who you are becoming.
Our stories are layered. Our brilliance is multifaceted. And often our strength is shaped in spaces that were never designed with us in mind.
My purpose is to help women honor themselves, reclaim their creative voice, and make room for joy and success that feel like their own.
I reached a moment in my journey when the familiar path no longer fit. Instead of pushing harder, I chose to listen. I returned to writing, reimagined what success could mean, and built a life rooted in intention, wholeness and spaciousness.
Today, through writing, storytelling, the podcast and community gatherings, I support women who are ready to pause, reflect and step into their next chapter.
My work is not about striving or fixing. It is about becoming… remembering your power, trusting your wisdom and imagining new possibilities for your life.
