Who We Invite to the Conversation

We welcome women whose stories illuminate creativity, resilience, leadership, and becoming.

Our guests include:

  • Women leaders and professionals who want to share the real story of their career journeys — the pivots, lessons, challenges, and moments of courage that shaped them.
  • Women seeking thoughtful guidance or reflection on a next chapter, transition, or emerging vision for their lives and work.
  • Women with insights on the evolving landscape of higher education — its trends, challenges, innovations, and the human experiences behind the headlines.
  • Everyday visionaries whose lived experiences offer inspiration, wisdom, or a new way of seeing what’s possible.

How Does It Work?

  1. First, you’ll fill out the form below completely and agree to the terms. Be sure to hit Submit!
  2. If your application is accepted, Kenya will email you full instructions and a link to Kenya’s calendar to set up a recording time. It will include a list of questions that Kenya will ask you during the recorded interview.
  3.  There are a few things that will be required in order to ensure an optimal interview experience.  You will need:
    • To be in a quiet, private and uninterrupted space for 60 minutes on the day of your Guest Interview. Make certain that kids, barking dogs or any other prevalent noise-making won’t interrupt our scheduled time. (Please note the interview may be edited to a shorter length)
    • High speed Wi-Fi, a computer, a good headset and quality microphone with a USB cable that plugs into your computer.
    • To provide a 100 word bio. Kenya likes to give a short intro then let you share more info about you.
    • To provide a professional headshot. Appropriately sized images will be at least 1080 x 1080.
    • Read the instructions Kenya will provide as soon as you receive them. Immediately reply with any concerns or questions.
  4. You’ll meet with Kenya on Zoom for 60 minutes. In the first few minutes recording levels will be set up. You’ll chat off-the-air about ground rules and the direction of the call.
  5. When all is set up and clear, Kenya will begin recording and move into the interview with you for no more than 60 minutes. The interview may be edited.
